Membership in the Collaborative

The Genesee County Great Start Collaborative is open to any member of the community. The meetings provide a review of the work of the collaborative as well as gather input from participants on the direction of collaborative activities. Presentations from members, or reports from work groups, are provided to inform and advance the community conversations to build the infrastructure of the early childhood system. Great Start Family Coalition

The Great Start Family Coalition is a grass roots organization which represents the voice of the family, the child, and their community to the collaborative. Its mission is to assure a coordinated system of community resources and support to help all Genesee County families provide a great start for their children from pre-birth to age eight.
